An essential component of the South Lane County Fire & Rescue mission of “Making a positive difference...” is through community education related to life safety, environmental protection, and property conservation. We schedule the following activities for all age groups:

Requests to schedule any of the above mentioned activities must be made in advance by contacting administration 541-942-4493 during regular business hours.
*CPR/ First Aid classes are scheduled based on the current availability of instructors.
A ground ambulance transport in the Eugene-Springfield area will cost more than $1,800, and an air ambulance more than $18,000, unless you have FireMed! Health insurance may cover 20-50%.
