Starting Salary: $4,323.62 per month

The District is seeking qualified applicants for the positon of Administrative Assistant II (Admin II) until 5:00PM PST Friday July 23, 2021. Application packets received after the deadline will not be considered. Incomplete application packets will not be considered. The District will be conducting a comprehensive hiring process to select the candidate best suited to fill the vacancy. The expected start date will be Monday October 4, 2021 but may change subject to the needs of the District.

The Admin II performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the District. Those interested in applying are strongly encouraged to review the position description prior to applying. The Admin II reports to the Fire Chief but provides administrative support for the District’s leadership team and line personnel. South Lane County Fire & Rescue will be holding a Budget Committee Meeting at Station 201 located at 233 E. Harrison Cottage Grove on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting is to review and approve the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2021/2022.
