The Resident program at South Lane County Fire & Rescue is designed to make you successful. Nothing beats the hands-on experience you get; both as a firefighter, and also in an ambulance. My time as a resident really made a difference with my Paramedic classes. As a resident for South Lane, you're an integral part of the team. The staff at South Lane makes it their priority to help you be successful, and to prepare you for getting that job as a Firefighter or Paramedic! - Tim Heuser
