Welcome to South Lane County Fire & Rescue
South Lane County Fire & Rescue (SLCF&R) proudly serves both residents and visitors in Creswell, Cottage Grove and rural South Lane County. SLCF&R provides fire protection, rescue, emergency medical services, fire prevention and code enforcement services, per ORS Chapter 478. SLCF&R is located just south of the Eugene / Springfield area of western Oregon, along the I-5 corridor. The areas previously served by the Cottage Grove Fire Department, the Creswell Rural Fire Department, and the South Lane Rural Fire Department, were merged into the South Lane County Fire and Rescue district in 2003.
Seattle Stair Climb Team South Lane
South Lane County Fire & Rescue will now have 8 Firefighters that will be participating in the 22nd Annual Scott Firefighter Stair Climb fundraising event in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
